Discover route – From the city centre to the seaside
For this tour, there will be a special route, which will combine a passage through the historic centre of Porto, through the narrow streets of the old districts and a stop at the viewpoint of Serra do Pilar, in Vila Nova de Gaia, to observe and photograph an incredible landscape on both banks of the Douro River.
We will then enjoy the beautiful and romantic right bank of the river to Foz, where we will visit the historic district of Foz Velha, which until today, lives a small English community.
Along the way, we will take another break at a little-known viewpoint to observe the estuary of the Douro River, where more than 500 years ago, a small fishing community lived, which built one of the oldest chapels (XIV century) in the city, which would serve as a “lighthouse” for fishermen’s boats to enter the fearsome Douro bar.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start of the tour or within 24 hours after purchase.
You can reschedule the date or time of your tour (or add or remove guests) within 24 hours of booking or up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the tour. If you reschedule the tour/event, the cancellation policy is based on the time of the original purchase and the original start date of the tour/event.
If weather conditions are a concern for safety, either before or during the tour, we may cancel the tour. If this happens, you will be fully refunded.
We may be able to offer you a refund or waive cancellation penalties if you have to cancel due to an unexpected circumstance beyond your control. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide you with the best response.
